Lead Time

Generally most ordered for standard products can be shipped 4-6 weeks after 50% deposit and finish selection are made.

Delivery

If not delivered by local ADI installers, the product will delivered in crates anywhere in the continental U.S. via common carrier with lift gate to put the product on the ground.

Installation

If not installed by local ADI installers, a qualified stone mason or carpenter is your best choice. We will send detailed installation instructions and can provide optional installation hardware and grout. Installation is typically performed in one day for a typical mantel, however range hoods and other items may take multiple days.

Care & Maintenance

Our product is very durable and can be used in exterior and interior applications. It will come from the factory with a penetrated sealer applied. Generally any cleaning can be done with a scrub brush and water or lacquer thinner for paint stains.
